1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Lolable to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot.

These terms apply to all users who interact with Lolable, including server administrators who add it to their server.

2. Description of Service

Lolable is a non-commercial Discord bot built for League of Legends community servers. It allows Discord users to voluntarily link their Riot ID to their Discord account and access in-server statistics, rankings, and match information.

Features include:

• /bagla – Link a Riot ID and tag to your Discord account
• /profil / /me – View your profile, rank, champion mastery, and recent match stats
• /sonmac – Show a summary of your last ranked match
• /live – View live game scouting when Riot Spectator data is available
• /leaderboard – Rank linked server members by SoloQ LP and rank
• /duo – Find similarly ranked linked users in the server
• /compare – Compare two linked users side by side
• /gunluk – Daily ranked performance summary
• /championpool – Champion pool and main pick analysis
• /feed – Optional match, rank, and streak notifications for a designated channel
• /help / /panel – Help information and interactive command panel

3. User Responsibilities

By using Lolable, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when linking your Riot account (you must own the Riot ID you link)
• Use the bot only for its intended purposes within the Discord community
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent rate limits or bot mechanics

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Lolable for:

• Harassment, stalking, or targeting other Discord users
• Collecting or scraping data from the bot for commercial purposes
• Activities that violate competitive integrity, including boosting, account sharing, or cheating services
• Gambling, betting, or wagering activities
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the bot's operation

5. Riot Games Disclaimer

Lolable was created using the Riot Games API and Data Dragon assets. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Riot Games.

League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or service marks of Riot Games, Inc. All game data, champion names, icons, and related assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

6. Availability and Rate Limits

Lolable is provided on a best-effort, non-commercial basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Real-time data accuracy (data is sourced from the Riot Games API and may be delayed)
• Feature availability at all times (Riot API downtime or rate limiting may affect the bot)

The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control without prior notice.

7. No Warranty

Lolable is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Lolable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Lolable after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
