This Privacy Policy describes how Goliath Bot ("the Bot"), developed by Kingpindev, collects, uses, and stores data when you use the bot in your Discord server.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only what is necessary to operate the bot's features.
Data We Collect
- User IDs – to track leveling progress and user-specific settings
- Server (Guild) IDs – to store server configuration and settings
- Message metadata – for logging features (if enabled by server admins)
- XP & level data – for the leveling system
- Reminder data – if you set a reminder via the bot
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Message content (unless logging is explicitly enabled by the server admin)
- Personal information such as email addresses or real names
- Payment or financial data
- Data from private/direct messages
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. All data is stored securely on our private server and is used solely to operate the bot's features.
Data Retention
Data is retained as long as the bot remains in your server. If you remove the bot from your server, you may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us via Discord.
